Why Game Developer's won't Listen to your Game Ideas??

So you have an amazing Game idea in your mind and you feel its gonna be a huge franchise like Super Mario Bros, Legend of Zelda, Need for speed or perhaps a Indie Game revolutionary-Super Meat boy, Stardew Valley, Terraria, Minecraft  and you want to Sell a Game Idea to AAA Gaming Company.

Few list of Game Developers & Publishers

Real chances are that they don't bother to consider your Game ideas. Here's Why?

You some how manage to Email your Game Idea for some 'X' Game company employee and describe your story line from ancient Colosseum fighting style arena to futuristic 2050 battle grounds. Here it all start Questions to him "Who are you?""And why did you Email your Game Ideas to me?" , "why should I even consider your lame Ideas?"

Secondly, Game Devs are creative professionals they are paid for Creative ideas and that's their job and livelihood they have got Tons of gaming Ideas in their mind and they solely have unique game ideas which may matchup with yours or by Creative heads. Simply the game idea maybe currently in progress or for future projects.

Often Lead Developers rule in the industry because of their Contribution to companies, and there may be Company politics within them by that Trainee Developers,Inexperienced Devs may also not get a chance to show case much about their Ideas.
And still chances are that even if they approve your Idea they need to reward you with the Money according to business policies or else you gonna Sue the company which most companies do not wish to take a RISK and they do not want to credit their Game franchises with your ideas.so that wont be happening.

And even when you approach to Indie Companies chances are that they may like  your Idea but for turning your idea into reality here requires a minimum fund in contrast. So you need to contribute apart from ideas  to the budget. Similarly in this scenario RISK  exists within yourself.

  • What would happen if the Game Idea turns bad into reality after game creation?would anyone buy it?

  • would you make a decent fortune by selling that Game?

  • Initially who would bear the company expenses, employee salaries during development phase?

  • Knowingly,If its a bad Idea then there's Waste of time and effort. So its very difficult to turn your Ideas into reality but not impossible.

Thirdly,if you some how assume that your game idea is unique, amazing, creative, intuitive, fun
why not give yourself a shot? There are many open source game Engines like Unity,Unreal,GameMaker studio,Rpg maker,Cocos and simple few lite engines like HTML5, yes I mean Hyper Text markup language.

Few Game engines

There are tens-n-hundreds of free gaming courses in Youtube ,Unity & Unreal Websites with videos,  documentation, scripts and assets.

And there are also Paid and Premium courses in Udemy, Lynda, Udacity online course which are thought by Professionals from Industry with Industrial game development standards
varying courses from asset creation, character modeling, rigging, level designing,Game programming,Developing,Pipelines and many many more.

Lastly, I want to conclude "If you truly believe your game Idea will be massively Successful enough to beat into market, then why sell it to someone else? Just make Yours and be yourself  a developer 'n Boss."
